Registration

The congress will be held in person at Istanbul Kültür University (Akıngüç Auditorium and Art Center).

Accompanying Persons

Additional persons may accompany registered participants. The fee covers 2 lunches, coffee breaks and social program.

The registration fee covers access to all scientific sessions, documentation (including the Book of Abstracts), coffee breaks and lunches (2) throughout the congress. Registered participants are also invited to attend the welcome reception (free) and social activities organized by the committee.

Accepted abstracts will be included in the ICS 2026 Abstract Book, and selected full papers will be considered for publication in international journals, subject to peer review. Final acceptance will be confirmed upon verification of registration fee payment.

Substitutions

Registrations are non-transferable.

Student Registration Fees

Student registration rates are available only to enrolled undergraduate and graduate students. PhD owners are not eligible. Please note that presentation of the student ID card will be requested at the congress registration desk.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Organizing Committee at ics2026@iku.edu.tr.

There will be no refund for the cancellations of registration after 01 February 2026. Cancellations will be effective if the Congress Secretariat is notified in writing.

After this date, no refunds will be issued due to organizational commitments.

In the unlikely event that the congress is postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond the organizers' control, registration fees will be fully refunded. However, the organizers cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses such as travel or accommodation costs.
