Abstract Submission

• Please read this guide carefully before preparing and sending your abstract.
• Each participant may send up to two abstracts as a corresponding author.
• All abstracts must be written in English.
• Abstracts MUST be limited to one A4 page, and follow the instructions provided in the . TEMPLATE LİNK
• Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to the Congress Secretariat (e-mail: ics2026@iku.edu.tr) as an attachment in WORD FOR WINDOWS format (.docx), with the e-mail title: Abstract_FirstAuthorName_FirstAuthorSurname_AbstractNumber (e.g., Abstract_Isaac_Newton_1).
• Please indicate your preferred presentation type (Oral / Poster) when sending the Abstract.

Please note that only abstracts submitted by March 1, 2026, will be included in the Abstracts Book of the Congress. Also note that an accepted abstract will be included in the final programme only if at least one of the authors completes the registration process and pays the registration fee in full.

• Poster dimensions must be 70 cm (width) x 100 cm (height) (vertical layout).
• Font size must be readable from a distance of at least 1.5 meters.
• The presenter's name must be underlined.

🕒 Posters can be set up on the morning of 21 May 2026 and should remain on display until 22 May 2026, 17:00 h.

📍 All poster presenters which want to participate in the competition for the Best Poster Award MUST be available to discuss their poster with the evaluation Jury at the poster session.

• Must be in English.
• Duration: 15 minutes (including discussion).
• PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx) is suggested.
• Presentations should preferentially be uploaded to the congress computer before the session starts. Personal laptops are not recommended.

Participants will have the possibility of submitting conference papers to a Special Issue of the Journal of Molecular Structure.
